FREE STATE FESTIVAL NOT SO SILENT CINEMA

8:30PM – 10:30PM
Douglas County Fairgrounds, 2120 Harper St.

Enjoy an odyssey of audio-visual accessibility featuring the classic silent films The Immigrant (Charlie Chaplin) and Un Chien Andalou (Luis Buñuel) with a live musical score and multilingual audio description. This event also features a Free State Festival edition of Spencer Projects, our pop-up series of projections that beams objects from the Museum’s collection into the community. You can also pick up the Spencer’s Art Cart kit to make your own zoetrope, an early animation toy that creates the illusion of motion, while supplies last. Visit www.freestatefestival.org for details.
