Sophia Schippers

Sophia Schippers is a junior in visual communication with a minor in business. Schippers is passionate about interactive design and enjoys investigating not only how a design will present itself aesthetically but how people think about, use, and experience the design. As an ARI undergraduate fellow, Schippers will work alongside Assistant Professor and Associate Director at the Center for Design Research Hannah Park to explore ways to raise awareness about mental disabilities and mental wellness. Specifically, they will look at how to make diagnosis assessments less sterile and clinical through interactive design research.
