Facility Use Request

We welcome University of Kansas units, affiliated groups, and community organizations to co-host a range of programs and events in our spaces. Certain restrictions apply. Groups using the Spencer must comply with all federal, state, city, and University laws and regulations.

The Spencer’s facilities may not be used for personal events such as weddings, parties, or receptions. Fees vary based on staffing, security, and equipment needs.
