TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. This website, including all web pages, forms, applications (apps), is an official website of the Spencer Museum of Art ("Museum") of the University of Kansas ("University"), (collectively, the "Site"). Other sites may also have additional terms and conditions. The Site is owned by the University of Kansas (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By using and/or accessing this website, you signify that you have read these Terms, the University of Kansas Privacy Policy, and University of Kansas Information Technology Policy for Acceptable Use of Electronic Information Resources and agree to abide by them. User Generated Content and Interaction

The University of Kansas, Spencer Museum of Art reserves the right to moderate, alter, and remove any and all content contributed to interactive displays by members of the public. The Spencer Museum of Art will remove content that is unrelated to the display's topic or does not contribute to the Museum’s educational or artistic goals.

We maintain an active social media presence in order to enhance the exchange of ideas and provide information about the Museum's collections and events to the public. Accordingly, we encourage the public to interact with the Site, subject to the following conditions:

You are solely responsible for the content;
By posting content, you are providing the Museum and those authorized by the Museum permission to use it for any educational, promotional, or other standard University purpose;

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and any such changes will be effective upon posting. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

The University of Kansas is a public institution governed by the Kansas Board of Regents.
