Lending Collection Request Form

Please submit your Lending Collection request a minimum of two weeks in advance to allow for processing. Artworks are available for checkout for two to six weeks depending on their materials (ex. Some works are light sensitive and require more “rest time” off display). Please call 785-864-4710 or email educate@ku.edu if you experience any problems with this form.
