Artist-in-Residence Spotlight Mary Sibande

Hear South African artist Mary Sibande talk about her ceramic work Recollected Memory, which she made in collaboration with University of Kansas students during her residency at the Spencer in March 2025. The Spencer commissioned the work by Sibande for our Bold Women exhibition and this was her first time working in ceramics.
