Home for the Holidays Director's Tour

Every year, Spencer Museum Director Saralyn Reece Hardy spends an afternoon in the galleries welcoming visitors and leading informal tours to celebrate the holiday season. Taking inspriation from conceptual artist Sol LeWitt, best known for his large-scale wall drawings like the one newly installed at the Museum, this years' tours explore the art of the idea and how a set of instructions becomes a work of art. Tours begin every hour on the hour at 1, 2, and 3 PM. Come prepared to craft your own set of instructions for the new year!
