Event description

Scholars from a variety of disciplines deliver flash presentations introducing current research questions and significant discoveries. This special research sharing session is inspired by conceptual artist Sol LeWitt, whose Wall Drawing 519 is on view at the Museum. Each speaker considers the evolution of an idea in his or her work, from inception to articulation and interpretation. Featuring Perry Alexander (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science), Mike Kautsch (Law), Valentino Stella (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), May Tveit (Design) and Molly Zahn (Religious Studies), with James P.G. Sterbenz (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science) as emcee.
