Current Perspectives Lecture Series: Sahej Rahal

Mumbai-based artist Sahej Rahal’s installations, performances, and films are elaborate extensions of his personal mythology drawing from sources that include local legends and science fiction. In addition to discussing his practice, Rahal also introduces the work of a range of contemporary Indian artists. In late 2016, Rahal will return to install a commission for the exhibition Temporal Turn: Art and Speculation in Contemporary Asia at the Spencer Museum of Art.
