Archive Label 2003: Although the prints of Lloyd Foltz evoke an uncanny familiarity, they were in fact created in the studio from the artist’s imagination. Foltz drew inspiration from everyday life and from his close association with a number of fellow artists employed by Western Lithograph in Wichita, including Charles Capps and C.A. Seward.
