It is unclear how many NuPenny Toy Stands there actually were in the United States, or if in fact there ever were more than one. Whatever is the case, one yet exists – this particular NuPenny Toy Stand. Conceived as a nomadic version of the traditional store model, this portable toy display and sales endeavor owes its appearance to the more plentiful brick and mortar types to whose aesthetic it obviously aspired.
