Label texts

Archive Label 2003: Posters were a highly popular form of advertisement in the 1960s, especially for concerts and performances by all kinds of music groups such as the blues group and jazz quartet here. Jon Stahl has given the jazz musician’s expression “cool cat” a meaning relevant to the 1960s by bathing this cat in psychedelic patterns and colors.
