TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. This website, including all web pages, forms, applications (apps), is an official website of the Spencer Museum of Art ("Museum") of the University of Kansas ("University"), (collectively, the "Site"). Other sites may also have additional terms and conditions. The Site is owned by the University of Kansas (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We maintain an active social media presence in order to enhance the exchange of ideas and provide information about the Museum's collections and events to the public. Accordingly, we encourage the public to interact with the Site, subject to the following conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and any such changes will be effective upon posting. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
