Event description

Tatiana Falcon (Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) will lead a workshop on the chemistry behind organic pigments and other forms of explanation for material transformation within Mesoamerican Native knowledges. Participants will practice painting using the dyes produced in previous days of the workshop. Members of the public are welcome to stop by and observe as space allows.
