Adidas Leadership Scholars

Participants = Bryan Capers, Adidas Leadership Scholars Program Director Susan Klusmeier, Director of Strategic Initiatives for Undergraduate Studies Howard Graham, Associate Director, Academic Programs, First Year Experience Kate Meyer Kate and I met yesterday and outlined a plan for our gathering with Adidas Leadership Scholars next Thursday, July 20, 4:30-5:30. As we briefly discussed yesterday, there will be two (2) components to the hour, and we will need to divide the scholars into two (2) groups. The two components are: • Kate has pulled materials and will have them on display in the Study Center. These materials are all in conversation with Citizen in some way. Students will have an opportunity to learn about the various items and then discuss what connections they see. We did a similar thing yesterday with some Hawk Link Guides and Orientation Assistants, and it went very well. • The second component will be in the galleries interacting with three different shows that are all related to Citizen in some way. I will lead this portion and will prompt students to explore the exhibits using prompts related to the book.
