Art Cart: Quilting Time

The Art Cart is a drop-in activity station where families and other groups can enjoy hands-on art projects together, taking inspiration from the works on view in the Museum's galleries. For this month's activity, participants will look closely at quilts in the exhibition "Personal Geometry: Quilts by Yoshiko Jinzenji and Virginia Jean Cox Mitchell" then use the materials provided to create a small quilt block in mixed media. The Art Cart may be enjoyed free of cost every weekend at the Spencer. Parking is free behind the Museum on weekends.
