Exhibition Label: "A Kansas Arts Sampler," Oct-2004, Kate Meyer Before turning to grassroots art in his seventies, Blair served as the principal of Junction City High School, and later as a businessman in Kansas City. Though painted from the geographic remove of Los Angeles, Blair’s reminiscences and evocations of Kansas small-town life remain vivid.
