The title of this piece is a variation on the common phrase, "Do as your conscience dictates." Mexico's biggest political party, the PRI, has been in power for decades and is widely seen as corrupt. Logic would say that if you vote for the PRI and they win, it is your fault. in this piece, the devil, through the priest, says otherwise.
