Larry Schwarm: Kansas Farmers

“At Gamble Farms, Ki Gamble, his wife and the farm’s business manager Kimberly, and their son Kasey grow wheat, corn, soybeans, and milo in addition to raising cattle. Their farm consists of over twenty-five thousand acres, which include dryland and irrigated cropland” (p. 100). Many farmers help mitigate the risks of farming by diversifying their crops.
