Displacement

Assaf Evron is interested in the “color space models” used by computers to represent color spatially. Here he makes the abstract representations of colors that live in the digital world into physical objects. Because data visualization is a human invention, Evron asks questions about why some shapes and forms are recognizable and meaningful. Now displaced from their original context, how might these shapes take on new meaning?
