Archive Label date unknown: An elaborate stand of silver and coral supports a small bowl of adnois flowers, a symbol of spring. Two works of classical literature lie beside the stand; the cover of the literature anthology is decorated with a triangular pattern of scales, so the picture was probably published in a Snake Year.
