This small red shrine features the titles of eight Daoist deities written in gold, vertical lines. Reading from right to left, the inscribed titles include:

金花普主惠福夫人 (Golden Flower Universal Hostess, Madame of Sagacity and Felicity)

遊天得道三界聖爺 (Roaming Sky, Obtaining Way, Sage of Three Realms)

南海廣利洪聖大王 (Vast Benefits, Great King of Hong Sheng of South Sea)

北方真武玄天上帝 (The Perfected Warrior, Dark Heavenly Highest Deity of the North)

謢國庇民天后元君 (Safeguarding Country, Protecting People, Queen of Heaven Goddess)
