Archive Label date unknown: Aside from his Eight Views of Fuji, Eisen also expressed his fascination with Mount Fuji by including the mountain in two sets of fifty-three courtesans, matching the number of the Tōkaidō stations. He used various Chinese garden window designs to frame these Fuji images in the background.
