Archive Label date unknown: Ebizō wears the stylish costume of a wealthy patron in th eYoshiwara entertainment quarter. The picture is the left panel of a triptych in which three actors are set against a bright pattern of purple clouds and flecks of color imitating a type of prepared ground sometimes used for polychrome painting. No other impression of this panel is presently known.
